We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 12pm.

All orders are sent out in discreet, plain white packaging with no mention of Steffans Jewellers on the outside. All items from our brands are packed in their own branded packaging where possible, see photographs on individual product pages for examples.

ROYAL MAIL (UK) We offer FREE POSTAGE on absolutely all UK orders over £30. Any orders under £30 will be charged £3.00 for postage. Orders placed with Steffans Jewellers will be dispatched using a Royal Mail recorded service with an expected delivery after shipping of 3-5 working days; please note this will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order. If you are unavailable when your order is being delivered the Royal Mail will leave an Attempted Delivery Card so you can arrange either a redelivery or to collect the order from your nearest sorting office.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK) If you're in a hurry, we also offer a 1-2 working day delivery service. This is guaranteed for the next working day providing the order is placed before 12 noon. The cost of this is £6.50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.

We use Royal Mail's Airsure service for all international deliveries. International shipping usually takes approximately 10 days. Please Note: All international deliveries will require a signature upon delivery to verify receipt of the goods. Once signed for, Steffans takes no responsibility for damages or faults with goods that have been signed for, so please check the condition of your delivery and that the items are correct before signing for the goods and accepting the delivery.

EUROPEAN UNION Shipping on all orders to countries within the EU are charged at a flat rate of £7.95, some larger packages may require a small surcharge.

USA & CANADA Shipping on all orders to the USA & Canada are charged at a flat rate of £15, some larger packages may require a small surcharge.

REST OF THE WORLD Shipping on all orders to all other countries are charged at a flat rate of £15, some larger packages may require a small surcharge.

COLLECTION IN STORE. If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from one of our Denhams stores. Your order can be dispatched to DENHAMS Stamford, DENHAMS Melton Mowbray or DENHAMS Mrk Harborough for collection. You must bring a copy of your order, paper or electronic and photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address.

You will be contacted by either text, call or email depending on how you want to be informed.

When can I collect my order?

Please allow 24 hours from the time your order was placed to when it will be available for collection, so your order can be beautifully gift wrapped with the love and attention it deserves. Gift wrapping is free, it's part of the service.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES...

Our motto here at DENHAMS is Love Service Love DENHAMS, so in the unlikely event that your Denhams purchase isn't suitable we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your item!

  • Please return your item back to us unworn and with its original packaging within 60 working days for a full refund or for an exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days for your return to be processed (this may take up to 14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas)
  • We kindly ask that all returns are sent to the following address:

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable service either with a courier or Royal Mail. We do not accept responsibility for the item until received by us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
  • If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of placing your order.

    EXCHANGE:
    Exchanging an item couldn't be easier!
  • Simply print the returns form and fill out out accordingly, ensuring the exchange box is ticked and the new item is listed. Should you wish to exchange your item for a more expensive item, we will contact you with regards to paying the difference. Please do not include your card details or cash with your returned order for security reasons.
  • Send the item and returns form back to the address above in secure packaging!
  • (If you don't have a printer or if you are having trouble with printing our returns form simply include a cover note with your full name, email address, order number and the item you would like in exchange for your previous purchase. With regards to the item you wish to exchange, please include the items code, this will reduce the risk of you receiving the wrong item)

    REFUND:
  • Similar to an exchange if you would like to return your items for a refund simply print and fill out the returns form accordingly, and tick the refund box.
  • Send the item and returns form back to the address above in secure packaging!
  • We will send an email to confirm when your refund has been processed
  • (If you don't have a printer or if you are having trouble with printing our returns form simply include a note with your full name, email address, order number and the fact you would like an refund)

    Returning an item due to a fault:
  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If you believe you have a recieved a faulty item please send it back to the address above ensruning it has been packaged securely. Please include a cover note with the following information:
    Name
    Order number
    Contact Details
    Details of the fault

  • We will then contact you to discuss how we can proceed.
  • Denhams are stockists and therefore we take no responsibility for faulty products. The majority of products available at Steffans have a guarantee of 1 year, however there are some exceptions. For more information concerning a products guarantee please do not hesitate to contact us. In the unlikely event an item becomes faulty outside of the 30 day return policy we may exchange the item or repair where possible (an inspection will be carried out on the faulty item).

    Returns for items purchased in store:

    In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or offer a gift voucher for any unworn items, returned with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Please Note that we don't issue refunds for items purchased in either of our stores, although this does not affect your statutory rights.
